  • By purchasing my services (illustration or animation), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

  • Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

  • If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

  • NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

1. Payments.

  • 1.1. My clients usually mention that my prices are affordable, in this case, you can only start with full payment.

  • 1.2. By sending payments to the account of the SELLER: YOUR NAME, and YOUR MAIL, you declare that the funds used to make the payment through PayPal are of legal origin.

  • 1.3. By sending the payment to THE SELLER's account, THE CLIENT understands and accepts that you are buying an intangible service.

  • 1.4. The intangibility of the service implies NOT requiring it to be sent through any type of postal courier company. And this will be valid for the parties involved in PayPal and is not limited to terms of use in legal or juridical aspects.

  • 1.5. The services offered are not refundable after their provision/delivery, THE CLIENT accepts that their payment is a declaration of being satisfied with it and understands that the payment is irrevocable/non-refundable. (Exceptions in section 6).

  • 1.6. THE CLIENT accepts that THE SELLER is exempt from claims by this or any other means.

2. Revisions.

  • 2.1. You have to provide a reference(s). Leave it at my disposal if you don't have an idea of the pose, but only 3 ideas (sketch) can be made, if it exceeds the limit, it will have an additional cost to the invoice.

  • 2.2. Do not send me stash files of random artworks without being clear.

  • 2.3. Please be clear on what clothes/accessories/hairstyles.

  • 2.4. Multiple references are acceptable.

  • 2.5. When setting up a commission, the consumer understands that my 'style' may vary, alter, or become inconsistent.

  • 2.6. You understand I am using commissions to improve my skill and apply studies to expand my knowledge in the art.

  • 2.7. By commissioning me, they agree to allow me to use their character(s) for this purpose, as well as draw their character(s) the way I perceive them which may not perfectly align to any reference or description.

3. TAT and WIP's delivery.

  • 3.1. The waiting time is about 1 week — 1 month or less, the WIPs are progressive.

  • 3.2. If the waiting time is extended, it would be for the waiting list.

  • 3.3. You can make 2 important changes and 3 small ones, if you want to continue making changes, there is a cost.

4. Use.

  • 4.1. If it has a commercial purpose, the cost is double (this includes: streaming or social media).

  • 4.2. If is for merchandising or distribution, the royalties will be discussed.

  • 4.3. If you want the PSD, the cost is double.

  • 4.4. The customer is free to post their commission and alter it with filters, effects, etc. Exceptions section 5.8.

  • 4.5. DON'T ERASE, BLUR OR COVER THE SIGNATURE.

  • 4.6. ALWAYS GIVE CREDIT TO THE AUTHOR (ARTIST).

5. Intellectual property rights.

  • 5.1. It is up to my decision if I repost WIPs and upload them as a sample in my portfolio.

  • 5.2. Is at my disposal if I repost the drawing, you can be anonymous (unless you pay the NDA).

  • The faculties of the moral right that are granted to the author allow:

  • 5.3. That the author of the creations is the only one who can and should decide when the finished work is and if it is capable of being publicly displayed.

  • 5.4. That the author must try to safeguard her economic and personal interests throughout the process of exploiting the work.

  • Specifically, the law schools that the Law collects are:

  • 5.5. Decide if your work is to be disclosed and in what form.

  • 5.6. Determine if the disclosure must be made under their name, under a pseudonym or sign, or anonymously.

  • 5.7. Demand recognition of your condition of authorship of the work

  • 5.8. Demand respect for the integrity of the work and prevent any deformation, modification, alteration, or attempt against it that may harm its legitimate interests or damage its reputation.

  • 5.9. Modify the work respecting the rights acquired by third parties and the requirements for the protection of goods of cultural interest.

  • 5.10. Withdraw the work from the store due to a change in their intellectual or moral convictions, prior indemnification of damages to those who are holders of exploitation rights.

  • 5.11. Access the unique or rare copy of the work, when it is in the possession of another, in order to exercise the right of disclosure or any other that corresponds to them.

  • Of these faculties, in the sector of graphic illustration, the following:

  • 5.12. Decide on the disclosure of the work.

  • 5.13. It must be understood that there is the disclosure of the creation when it has been accessible to the public for the first time and when said access has been consented to by whoever has the authorship.

  • 5.14. The person who owns the original of a work of illustration will have the right to publicly display it, even if it has not been disclosed unless the author has expressly excluded this right in the act of alienation of the original.

  • 5.15. It must be established whether the sale of the work, and even more so if it is an unpublished original, entails the will of the author that it be publicly exhibited and, therefore, disclosed.

  • 5.16. Byway of presumption, it is established that it must be the author himself who expresses his will that the work not be publicly exhibited, leaving only the possibility of exhibiting it privately for the person who acquires the creation, and otherwise, it must be understood that the author donates the work so that it can be exhibited publicly.

6. Refunds.

  • 6.1. No FULL refund (A penalty of 25% of the total) unless the sketch has not even been started. Respect our time.
